I'm having lots of free time so I've tried couple of times to WBTB. At last night I went to bed around 5:00AM and set the alarm clock to beep on 10:00AM. Well I woke up, switched the alarm off and got up of my bed (for one hour), ate something, read a book and went to bed again. I had a little problem to get a good position and then I just fell asleep.. I tried a counting technique, but I felt that I never fall asleep if I am doing something like counting so I kinda gave up. How is that "fall asleep with your mind awake" thing is done?
