It would make your REM periods shorter and give you more chances to try and have a LD. |

That's actually I way I do it. Though, lately I've been lazy about doing a proper WBTB. I've been waking, resetting the alarm then going right back to bed. Shame on me. |

From memory a lot of people have talked about doing WBTB over and over again. Some people have a lot of success I hear, I reckon just set the alarm the first time and train yourself to remember to stay still when every dream ends, just keep going like that. Otherwise yes, you will probably interrupt your awesomo dreams with a stupid alarm clock! |
