      which method should i try?

i've had several unplanned DILDs in the past few months. nothing spectacular. there were no dreamsigns- i just became lucid. the only WBTB i've really tried was successful. i've tried other half-ass WBTBs, i mean, and they'd probably have been successful if i hadn't deliberately ignored my alarm (too sleepy to wake).

i woke up from a 6 hour "nap" 20 minutes ago-- straight after school. which method should i go with right now? i will go to bed again soon. or should i wait later?

      is this thread inappropriate?

You're asking for help attaining lucidity, and this is the Attaining Lucidity forum. I don't think it's inappropriate!

A popular (and effective) method is WBTB + MILD. It's very easy and some people have really great results. WBTB + WILD is also a good technique but WILD is regarded as being harder than other techniques. But there isn't a single best technique, everyone has one that works best for them.

I hope this helps, and good luck!
