Hey guys, just wondering, are certain sleeping positions recommended over others for WILD techniques ?

I would expect the soldier (and maybe free faller) position to be the best because it is easiest to perceive the falling or floating sensations indicative of the vibrations, SP and HI in this position, but I find it next to impossible to fall sleep in the soldier position. I usually sleep in the Foetus position.

I have been trying WILD in the soldier position for 5 days now and each day, the best I could manage was getting my body to feel a little sluggish and numb. I have never reached SP or felt any vibrations, seen HI ... nothing. I need some help here.

It'd be great if someone could come up with a good step-by-step guideline on the various stages, processes and experiences involved in a successful WILD explaining what you should be doing, feeling and thinking about at each stage.

Thanks !
