Lucid Goals:
[ ] have four lucid dreams in one week
[X] be able to fly in a lucid dream

Jen was 13 years old. A fairly normal girl. She spent a lot of time online.
One day, she made a new friend. He liked the same bands, worried about the same subjects.
They decided to meet at the local mall. She went. So did he.
Only he wasn't in junior high.
HE WAS A 1500 LB GRIZZLY BEAR.
1 in 5 children online get eaten by wild bears. And you didn't even know bears could type.
ive known about this technique for almost a year. Its not new, but it works. |

Sounds good; I often have dreams I am in some kind of competition (hey, I've only just realised that) so I might give this a try! You don't have to be like in a trance or something... can just saying it to yourself surfice? If you dwell on something you tend not to dream about it (unless you spend like the whole day), or at least that's what I've found. |
