Thread: Increasing Dream Vividness Through Visualization

That kind of thing is fun but I think my mind tries to mess with me by making me fall and stuff. One thing I would always have trouble with is, for instance, imagining (daydreaming) a truck on a circular platform so that it just goes around and around. For whatever reason I could never get it to go all the way around without it like suddenly falling through the road. It's hard to explain but basically it would just suddenly shoot down and then back up and continue going around. It takes great effort for me to get it all the way around.

Nice. This thread is superb.. For me. it is a little to high to achieve. My visualisation is poor. If any at all. When i try SP stuff. There is no HI. I cannot concentrate on images, becouse i dont see them. Its pretty frustrating. Thats why I am doubting my ability to lucid dream often. Lots of tutorials begin with. Imagine yourself here... there... somewhere. But elementary imagery building is nowhere to find. Everyone assumes, we have the skill. But not everyone has it.

I have a lot of trouble maintaining focus during visualization. I think that with patience, confidence and practice, any of us can achieve this though. A key part of visualization, I've realized from reading these forums, is to imagine what your senses would be experiencing if it were real.

Love this visualisation. This kind of stuff rocks my box!
