Thes past four days I have been doing constant reality checks about every five minutes. I did this because I was desperate to ld and I had not had any luck. But now because of the constant reality checks I have had one to two lds a night. Reality checking is key to lucid dreaming. Every one of the 7 lds I have had in the last four days has been a DILD. |
