Wake up naturally, an easy was to do this is to drink a lot of water before bed.
Well, an alarm is really the only way I can wake up before 8.00h
I never wake up during the night :-( Maybe if I really drink a lot of water, that could be an idea for next time (when I'm off polyphasic sleep, that is)

      Yeah, that's it!
I was so fascinated by lucid dreams, I just couldn't wait to have one and tried everything possible, only to wake up disappointed if it didn't happen that night. Now I know there's other techniques that can be done during the day, plus I've started a polyphasic sleeping 'experiment' and won't be able to WBTB at this time.

...although I didn't "get up" until 4pm today, and I still haven't actually left my bed... I really do take the 'lie in' thing too far, don't I.......
Hahaha, that is really lazy But if you have the chance to do so, enjoy!

Well I dont feel phisically tired from WBTB but unfortunatelly I stopped to LD. After few nights It got so good that i had 2-3 LD's every night and then after 10 days or some it suddenly stopped...just when I thought that I will allways be able to LD every night(stupid me...)

I have the feeling that Im sleeping too deeply and just cant think so clear in my dreams any more.
Do you guys think that it can be because Im trying too often without rest(normal sleep).

      Thanks.
