      Yes, well I wake up naturally after a dream period (this from training myself with MILD and such), so I always wake up right after the end of REM sleep. I can pretty much set a time in my mind to wake up to before falling asleep (only if I`m well rested though), I usually wake up 5-10 minutes past the desired time.

      i would aim to wake up before rem sleep because that way you can enter a dream directly

      but what do i kno?

      I actually don't think it matters? The idea is to WILD into a REM sleep, so your dreams are more vivid and conscious. I think that waking up during would make you the most sleepy... but before and after are the same thing . After one REM is before the next... so your options are during or in between. I think both would work, depending on the person.
