      NEw reality check

      You can write something on your hand like reality check - or something along the lines of that and eventually you will get used to it being on your hand, so then in your dream, when you see your hand it will say reality check and that will remind you to reality check.

      Another way is if you are someone who fidgets is to get a ring or something and write reality check on it or just KNOW that it is for reality check and everytime you fidget with it, you will be thinking about your surroundings and asking if you are dreaming or not. You just have to make sure that you associate that object with checking reality.

      There's a big flaw with that.

      If it says "REALITY CHECK" in real life, then in the dream, chances are it will be a bunch of gibberish or something.

      Hi, yes the ring thing has a better chance of working than the rest because it is something that U specially got for lucid dreaming. So the ring becomes lucid dreaming and hence U will RC with it in the dream....that's how I think I got my lucid anyways...

      Imagine before you knew about lucid dreaming.... you look over next to you at work/school/store whatever, and you see someone with "reality check" written on their hand - what's your first thought?! (They might be insane, maybe it was a dare, but I won't write that on my hand if I know people will give me these "let's not 'mess' with them" look...
