Feeling your body sleep while dreaming

I can LD only by WILD but my problem is I feel my body sleep, twich, pulse and what not as I enter the LD. I think it hinders because I know that it is just in my mind. The realism is lower then a dream with natural recall but this time its lucid. Is there any way to help?

well, its happened to me alot when i still feel my body during an LD. (i've had it to the extent where I can walk around the house and the dream, while LDing), theres not much you can do.. especially if your a sleepwalker.

I had the same problem in some of my LDs.

Yes, feeling your body ruins the general feeling of a LD and often leaves

      you without LD control ability....

I'm not sure, but it may be caused by you (or me) focusing on physical body during transition phase :/

Well if you are going to do a WILD, there is no way around feeling your body as you fall asleep. When you get into the ld, the best way to stop yourself from feeling your physical body is to feel your dream body (Rub your hands together, feel your face, clap your hands, etc.)
