      Just tried this last night. Went to bed at 12:45am, woke up naturally at 5am, went to the bathroom and searched this forum for lucid dreaming stuff for 20 minutes, then went back to bed....but I couldn't fall back asleep! I was too awake. Grrrr....

      Same thing happened with me today ........ but next time I will try to be less excited or'ill try something else and let you know.
