I stayed up a teeny bit too long, which made it hard for me to go to sleep:(
I've got school tomorrow, but I'll do it!!:)
It'll be 5 minutes tonight I'll stay up for, so I'm still sleepy
The relaxtion part is also hard, but I guess practise makes perfect:D

Isn't that relatively easy to achieve when you wake up anyway?:):D

Not necessarily. Because of FA's, and general grogginess, you will really have to be sure that you are awake. (Take note of your surrondings, and do many reality checks)
You'll have to experiment to find what suits you.

I would suggest you stay up until you feel your mind has woken up and the fogginess has worn off which could be after 5 minutes depending on what you do n that time, if you just lay down on the couch it will take longer than if you were constantly observing your surroundings and doing reality checks or something that involves activity of the mind. :)
