      I can't - maybe you'll find things different.

Every time I do this, I end up getting up from where I'm laying and having to GO somewhere. If I hadn't RC'd, it would result in a false awakening, because that's just what it is like.

It is something that I think a lot of people confuse with Astral Projection or OBEs.

This morning, I walked out of the house one time onto the street I know. The next time I walked out through a side wall into an amusement park. Other times I've spun to transport, or gone outside and flown wherever I wanted to go.

Perhaps you'll find a way to jump right into a dream scenario. That is the one big catch I have with WILDing like this. It works - but it leaves me to still have to "get to" wherever I want to go.

ok i see. but when you wake up into your dream do you see your body in your bed still? i was just wondering because of the comment you made about astral projection and oobe. Also do you do this method when you first go to sleep or do you have more sucsess when you wake up after a certain length of time.

I should be floating, but I'm weighted by thinking

      Always WBTB for me.

I've had it happen both ways - getting up "out of my body" and seeing it laying there still, and getting up completely.

But i'm not sure what to do when I reach this point. What do I focus my mind on?
focus your mind on anything but WILDing or how close you are. Push those thoughts to the back of your mind. Thinking about how close you are to WILDing is bad because everytime you do, you wake yourself up a little bit. Its hard to do at first, but eventually it gets easier.
