I just tried to WILD, I was going for about 20 mins (this time my dry mouth didn't distract me) my legs started to feel numb and a sensation went through my body and I thought here we go but I got really scared and my heart beat was really fast (I could feel it against the bed). At least its an encouraging sign. |

I tried again this afternoon. It didn't really work, I don't think I got to the stage I did last night even though I was there for longer (about an hour). Probably not tired enough, which brings this question to mind: When you should try and WILD? Like wake up during the night or what? |

Most of the tutorials generally say to sleep for 6-7 hours, then wake up, depending on your past experience, either get up and get a glass of water and empty your bladder etc, or just lay in bed for awhile. You just have to be aware enough to get through the process without passing out or falling into a non-lucid dream. |

But yeah I've felt what you have too, though I've always gotten frustrated and moved around, which I've only just read today is a big mistake. It's a very exciting experience though. |
