Exclamation im lucid every night- how i do it??

well i began LD at a very young age and where as most people lose there ability to do so, i have kept mine strangly enough i blieve i the awnser for those people who would like to be lucid.

normally id force myself to stay awake until i can barely keep my eyes open.

i have the electical appliances on stand-by -TV
      -radio
      -computer
      -fan (on)
      -alarm/mobile phone

i also find it works well when i drink alot of water,
after a few mins i feel asif im sinking into my matress, and i can see insidemy body and i watch my dreams, ect like a movie or im involved in it so much i can feel what ever i touch in the dream, and part of me is still in my room fully aware that im dreaming, i also sometimes feel like im floating above myself and i normally look around my room which is strange becus if something happens i can see it even though my eyes are shut and im sleeping.

      WARNING!!!!

many a time iv not been able to wake up from being lucid, where so people might enjoy the feeling of being helpless i do not and you feel paralized and try to move hand but cant, try to open eyes but cant, you just gotta hope something will wake you up. my advise for people if this happens to them, is relax and try and edge you way to conciousness, I KNOW ITS ALOT TO READ BUT IM SURE IT'LL HELP!!

LOL i guess this would be a wild without wbtb. But I wanna try this but with my variation cause yesterday I stood up with my cousin to like 2, kinda late but I got into a trance where lifting my eyes was insanely hard- I slipped into dream, lucid but not really cause I had no control and my cousin woke me up.

Hey man, that's really nice for you and all. I'd like to strangle you, but it's nice. But I don't see anything I can really put into practice. It sounds more like you're a natural than that you have a 100% technique.

I can't say I've ever been in a dream and found the desire to wake up. I'm either not aware I'm dreaming, or I am and want to prolong the dream as long as possible.

i once did a similar thing with the sinking into bed feeling except I had done it after waking up and being really drowsy and I just sort of 'fell' into a dream

Everything makes sense once you stop thinking about it

As far as i understand from your post, the individual needs to drink lots of water until his inner organ is about to explode. So that it has an impact while u dream to wake u up. (Become Lucid)
In my scenario, that would work for around 8-16 year olds. Adults can handle lots of water, and many of us have different kind of dna, which means we are able to hold it until we wake up. Especially during a REM.

Will see the Results, in any case thanks for ur share !

Bummer... If I stay up too long, I just pass out, no drifting for me... Can't even tell when it happens, either (So I gotta be careful on those all-nighters ;P)

I've found in moments like that you are still able to move your neck, at least for me, and only to the left strangely...

anyways I hope that helps you with your paralyse.

I also find that my dreams come faster, are more vivid and lucidity is easier when I stay up until my body forces me to go to sleep.

I've been able to do this quite often for the past month or so, but I don't always like wasting an entire day sleeping (even if I am dreaming lucidly).

Regarding waking up from sleep paralysis, I find that I can wake up at will if I want to (it does involve what seems to be strenuous effort), but most of the time I don't want to wake up from it; I enjoy just experiencing it and seeing where it goes.

You have a very easy time slipping into dreams thats all, I have researched this numerous times, with diffrent people some are really good at slipping into a dream state, for others it's almost impossible (such as myself) I'm working on a way to make it happen though.

I would like to ask you to do somthing for me, that would be a big help and give me a good idea of how effective a new technique I'm using is going to work.

When your tired before you feel your going to experience one of these experiences, I want you to imagen rolling or moving around laying on your stomach (if your not already) , climbing monkey bars, whatever, see if it speeds up the process, or intensifies it, basicly try to feel as if your moving and feeling things that arn't there by imagenation.
