      Hard time to get lucid

Ive been working for a month on WILDing. WBTB after different times and for different durations. Still, I dont get realy tired or dizzy by laying confortable and relaxed not thinking at all.

A few times I entered a dream, but only after at least one to two hours. And only one time I managed to RC and realize that Im dreaming.

I tried focusing on breathing a few times, but all the time I just start vibrating and feeling heavy, never entered SP. A few times tho I started to feel like falling thru the bed. I never entered a dream this way.

And I also tried just closing my eyes laying relaxed and observe what comes up in the black.

This way is the only I got lucid from awake state. But 90% of the time I just lie still for two hours without success. A few times recently when i tried I get totally awaken by hearing my own voice, talking to some guy that I see in my fantasy.

After this I just roll over and try to sleep as usual (which is much easier then laying down trying to be aware ), takes me about 25 minutes and Im dead sleeping again. But once in a dream I ignore dreamsigns and believe that it all is real, I even do RCs and I believe they are negative. haha I know its sick.

I know youll say Im just inexperianced and just need to continue trying. I know and I will, I will continue try the same techniques and also add some others to.

I realy need some good tips, how I can be aware without thinking and without getting into this fully awake state. Sometimes I feel like Im 100% rested, after trying to get SP and enter a dream for 40 minutes. Ive just come back after a 3 minutes toilet visit and 3 hours sleep before that! Hey whats wrong I should be dreaming by now!?

Hi, maybe U should try DILD(U get lucid from within the dream)...they are easier to induce. I don't think experience has much to do with not getting LDs....I'm quite experinced but still I do not get them for long periods. In fact I've had lesser LDs after being too experinced with the tecniques because the mind gets bored with using the same techniques. At least U do RCs...to make U feel better..I just missed my dreamsign this morning....and the last time I did do an RC but somehow I din't get lucid...
