It's a hard fine-tuning to run with. I say that you should calculate how long you stay awake comfortably to WILD, first. Then I'd set the times to awaken. |

Does anyone know if there is a logical way to figure out what is the best time for you to wild, other than doing a bunch of trial and error. I know that Its best 6 to 4.5 hours after sleep but this can very a little from person to person. Next even more difficult is how long you stay up. The problem is trying to find the right mix of the two to get optimal wild times with two variables. Do I lock one out, that is to say get up for 15min and alter the amount I sleep each time untill I get good results and then switch the two, or what? |
