      My Method for PHASING (utilizes daydreaming) and reaching the 3D BLACKNESS

      Note: These are my own personal methods...They came to me last year through insight so I'm just sharing them with you all in hopes that it might work for someone

      First you have to know what Tactile Imaging is..(I was doing it before I found the appropriate name for it):
      Tactile imaging (T.I. for short) is the active use of body awareness. This is used to directly stimulate and manipulate the energy body in a controlled way. T.I. is a simple extension of M.B.A., and is very easy to learn and do. When body awareness is focused in a specific area, and that point of awareness is given motion, this motion stimulates the energy body in that area. When this motion is done at the site of a primary or secondary energy centre (major or minor Chakras), that energy centre will be directly stimulated. Individual energy centres can thus be targeted and stimulated in a strong and dynamic way.

      mental rundown is an engaging scenario which captures the attention of the mind...

      Meth. #1:
      what i did first was close my eyes and daydream about anything random but the technique won't work if your actually trying to force yourself to daydream...so what i do is completely forget about daydreaming and just do natural breathing for a minute or two...than i notice i start to daydream so basically i catch myself inside the daydream and i utilize the daydreaming state by doing TI on my crown chakra as a warm-up because it is the easiest to do TI on....than while doing TI going from my crown chakra to my shoulders, cheeks, than eyelids..after, i do a mental rundown where i play wallball and i am in first person perspective...the ball should move fairly fast...i picked wall ball because it engages the senses a lot to me....the first time i experimented with this technique i just did the wall ball mental rundown...i did this for a while and started to drift off but i was still doing the mental rundown....than the ball was moving fast than i noticed it started coming towards my face quick as hell and it seemed so lifelike that i actually almost jumped out of my bed...i was startled, I actually went into the scene...than i tested it with TI involved and it worked too...after a few minutes of doing this i entered the 3d blackness and viewed the usual symptoms of it like the starry background and got up immediately to write this technique and my experiences in a book so i could keep testing it..This technique brings you smack in Focus 2 of Consciousness( the imagination).

      Meth #2:
      The method for entering the 3D Blackness is to do Tactile Imaging on the whole face...start with the forehead (I concentrate on my third eye), do both eyes, and the cheeks..i also do the back of the head if I feel tension..than what I do is relax the shoulders through intent and relax my arms..Some point while you are doing this exercise you should end up in the 3D Blackness...I haven't used this method in a while because I wasn't interested in Phasing just Dream Yoga but I used it today..was kind of rusty but got the hang of it...I didn't try to reach the 3D Blackness I just went into the Alpha state to sort out some problems and think of ideas..you can use this method for that too

      I came up with this technique last year..It seems confusing when first reading it so ask if you have any questions,

      Ok,

      So what you do in the first method is imagine movement of your body, or do you believe knowledge and use of chakras is important? And what is 3D blackness, is it a sort of hypnagogic state or more like Sleep Paralysis thing?

      I'd also like to know how you do the Tactile Imaging on the face.

      I basically stimulate motion in the body...I don't use the imagination when I do this..I do this through intent but if you haven't done it before using the imagination should help..when I do this I feel actual MOTION...you'll know you are doing it when you feel pressure on the place you are trying to relax...Knowledge of the chakras isn't really important...It's just when I stimulate the third eye it feels like my brain is relaxed...it's a lightheaded feeling but it is controllable though..3D Blackness is a place of intent...You'll know when you there because the 2D Blackness gains more depth..From here you can explore any area of consciousness that you want to..

      This method came to me through a realization/insight because I realized when people try to phase or WILD or whatever...they doze off and daydream...so what you should do is try to phase knowing that you WILL daydream...catch yourself daydreaming...than subtly change the scene meaning whatever your daydreaming at the time, continue it...than go into your mental rundown...the point of this is to UTILIZE the daydream state because when you daydream you are going with the flow..your in your own world and not concentrated on the physical which is the key to exploring other areas of consciousness.

      Oh yeah, I'm also testing a method to induce HYPNAGOGIC IMAGERY..I just started testing today so just keep lookin' out...basically what I try to do is manipulate the 2D Blackness..the idea just came to me out of nowhere today so I only tried it for 1 minute...it actually started working..the 2D Blackness started gaining more depth and color to it...and it kept getting more vivid by the second..I'll test it longer later though

      .. this osunds promosing, but do you think you could explain the whole thing briefly again to me. in a sort of less complicated way. just using evryday speech, and not all technicle.. haha, i sound really dumb, but hey. i am, so if you could make this alot easyer to udnerstand i would be very greatfull.. thanks..

      yea complex if you dont mind. But I think the method of catching your self in a day dream then focus on that tactile stuff is nice. Why not explain how a typical day using that method works for you

      also what do you mean 3d darkness? is this a state of SP? oh please figure out the method of HI I never exp. HI ;(

      First. I am not good at visualisation stuff during waking state, but when i move myself into alpha state or whatever, the images seems to be much more easy to controll. Once I got 2D imagery, which was pretty stable. And stepped over into it pretty easily.

      Is it something like that, or am I wrong.

      Did you see the imagery right in front of you like you were viewing it with your physical eyes?...if so that is HI..and if you actually stepped into it that is the 3D Blackness..stepping into it means that it gained enough depth for you to go into your inner reality even more..

      With the second method you can get into the Alpha in like 3 minutes...it's quicker than that for me probably because I been using it for a minute and I was a natural at Tactile Imaging but once you get the hang of it it's easy...people take the Alpha state (or the mind/body synchronoization state as Monroe would call it) for granted...It's a great state for thinking up ideas, exercising the imagination, thinking up your own methods, and since I'm a writer I use it to think up lines and concepts and things of that nature..

      still testing the hypnagogic imagery method..I tested it this morning and my imagination was too vivid...my imagination felt so lifelike..I'm gonna test tonight..I'll have a method up sometime in the future..
