      Is WILD really that scary?

I keep seeing posts of scary WILD attempts. I'm trying to learn how to do it but these posts are kinda deterring me. You will only see scary stuff if you open your eyes right? Do they last long? Does this happen to most people or just a few?

WILDing isn't scary at all in my case, or to alot of others on this forum for that matter.

Some people experience nothing at all but slip right into a lucid dream, no vibrations, no sounds, no feelings, no feeling the SP, no scary images at all. Focus on making it a positive experience and look forward to it instead of dwelling on the negative things you read.

I just went through it without trying ( I was trying to do VILD) last night. It's not scary. It's pretty suprising though. Especially if you dont expect anything and you suddenly feel vibrations. But other than that, there's nothing to be worried about.

Wild isn't scary inless you are afraid of random sounds (almost never voices) people decribe it as a roar and it's nothing like an animal roar or scary sound, it's like a machanical sound, like electricity, and if your afraid SP is pretty receptable to anything thats going on inside your head, just get a song stuck in your head and you'll probably hear your favorite song playing, either that or skip SP like I do and use tactile to enter the dream instantly when you feel the beginnings of SP.

I remember, i was younger and i told my parents that while i was lying in bed i could hear my heartbeat in my head, very fast and very loud while feeling like i was choking while being unable to move or do anything. It scared me so bad i couldnt sleep for days.

When i look back, that must of been SP, but if thats how it is, i dont think i can do WILD as I would be way too scared at that point for it to ever work.
