Because I've trained myself to automatically wake up after each dream, I often know if the dream is about to end. Sometimes by consentating really hard I can force myself to stay asleep longer, but often only for a few more minutes.

If I can't stop myself from waking up I like to do a MILD without a WBTB, as this often returns me to the last dream I had. Then I have a whole other dream cycle to finish what I was doing.

I normally try sleeping longer or remember the last scene and pick up in a daydream

I find a clock and then make it stop and imagine that all time has stopped, it sort of tricks me into thinking my dreams are longer.

Rubbing my hands works the best, for me. I call it 'stabilizing.' I tend to do it whenever the lucid dream begins, whenever I'm bored, or whenever I feel the dream fading. Concentrating on standing upright seems to work, too.

alot of the time i find it really hard to stay in the dream when you start to get that fading away feeling. but if i concentrate really hard ive been able to do it. Spinning tho, alot of the time it just like spins the dream away....and i wake up in my bed IRL. its worked a few times but usually i end up spinning myself awake.

I don't do anything, except imagine the scene harder.
