Help transitioning from SP into a LD

Ok so, after a number of failed attempts to WILD I can now seem to to get into SP consistently, but I can't seem to transition into a LD. I have tried a number of times and every time I get into SP and feel like I'm laying on a board that is tipping me off to one side, and sometimes the direction of the pull seems to move around a bit, but that is all I get, and I just kinda lay there in that state and I can never seem to transition. I can't seem to find any advice besides, "just lie there and wait for it to happen." Is it just that I'm not waiting long enough or is there something else that I'm missing? Any advice would be really helpful, thanks in advance.

Quick question: Do you WILD with a WBTB or before you sleep?

I do get to this point in both, though I seem to be more successful getting into SP before I go to sleep.

Also thanks for the advice, I'm gonna try tonight and see how it goes. Wish me luck since it sounds like it might take a few tries to get my dream body to move

You should be able to practice while you are awake to get it down.

That sounds like some good advice, and something I haven't tried really hard at.
In dreams of unspeakable joy—of restored friendships; of revived embraces; of love which said it had never died; of faces that had vanished long ago, yet said with smiling lips that they knew nothing of the grave; of pardons implored, and granted with such bursting floods of love, that I was almost glad I had sinned—thus I passed through this wondrous twilight. —George MacDonald

Learn how to move your dream body without moving your physical body, after SP starts keep trying and eventually you will move and be in a different body.

      Nope, not at all.

For example, try to move your arm right now with your eyes closed, but don't actually move you muscles at all. Just send the signal. It takes a bit of practice, but you do not need to imagine anything.

You should just start moving if it works.
