      You've been bad.. very bad. Not having a lucid dream in the past week is simply unnaceptable. I've just sentenced you to detention before going to sleep. You must write down:

      "I will lucid dream tonight" 100 times.

      I wrote 'I will check reality' for an entire A4 page once.During a WBTB. DId heaps of reality checks.

      Failed.

      Maybe ill try again sometime; seems to me that there are better techniques to master.
