Thread: How long to lay for WILD?

I know it varies, but generally, not specific, how long? I've laid for up to 60 mins but just so I know when to give up!

CRD, I'd say that normally it takes 40 minutes or so for me to WILD.

The longest I've laid trying to WILD was about 90 minutes probably out of sheer stubborness cuz I'd already been laying there that long and I was not about to give up.

Well according to this tutorial that I read a little while ago it said just lay still for 25 minutes without moving a muscle and you should get into SP...after your in SP WILD's come very fast. But for me it usually takes me 30-35 minutes of sitting still.

I've only WILDed a couple times. I wasn't looking at the clock, but I estimate it took me about 40 or 45 minutes of laying completely still and keeping my mind awake and aware. I found it didn't really matter what I let my mind think about. Even if I thought about my body laying there, eventually the vibrations started anyway and then turned into a rush of energy over my whole body.

I never last long enough.

Last night was my first attempt in a while and I was laying there for about 25 minutes before I gave in.

I could have gone longer, but I was deep breathing through my mouth because I read a tutorial that said that I should breathe through my mouth. Without thinking, minutes into it my mouth got extremely dry, and eventually it began to hurt it was so dry from breathing primarily through the mouth.

BillyBob, why have you forsaken me with such an unearthly breathing method? And I was a devoted follower of your control tutorials!

I tried breathing through my mouth once but it was so unnatural to me that I didn't do it for long.

Yeah. Thurday I'll go with my nose.

Time doesn't exist, when WILDing.

You give up when your alarm clock goes off in the morning and its time to go to school/work/ whatever your day to day is.

Until then, only your breathing exists.
