Yeah, just get yourself extremely tired (ie, excercise a lot, go out for a long walk, play some basketball, etc. etc. [for one day]), and then go to sleep at very early, say 6 or 7 o' clock PM (even earlier, the hard day will make you sleep late). You should wake up a few hours before anyone else. Try to time yourself so wake up, at most, a half-hour before anyone in your house. A half hour is plenty to write down dreams. Just experiment, weigh the times, etc. |
