      I was going to get a nova dreamer but decided not too because of money issues (broke). But I was reading a lot about it so I wouldnt waste $170 and I found out a few things. You should wear it for two week then not wear it for two weeks, so that your brain doesnt get used to it.

      It's this device invented by Stephen Laberge. It's like a dream mask where you put on, and when you sleep it detects your rapid eye movements, which indicates that you're dreaming, and then flashes these lights so that they can enter your dream as cues.
