      Question WILD Question??

In regards to WILD's: When you try to WILD and your laying there still and all that, your waiting for just your body to fall a sleep right? What I don't get is, do you ever really fall a sleep when you WILD?

Is it like your body is sleeping and then you fall a sleep knowing your sleeping? So you are sleeping?

When your mind drifts off, do you go with it, the dream? Or are you waiting for a roll out dream? Where you roll out of bed and your LD??

      Please explain this

The idea of a WILD is to fall asleep and into a dream consciously. You then don't "blank out" in between waking and dream, but you start dreaming from a wake starting point. To do this, your mind needs to be active and alert as your body fall asleep. Most people will experience sleep paralysis when doing a WILD.
