Hey I've been having some problems wilding. Can someone help?
I can't get to SP. I can't even get falling or sliding sensations.

Here's my game plan I would like you to analyze:

I lay down on my back.
I use reverse blinking to calm down.
I don't move.
I get a rhythm going (Breathe this deep this many times then open eyes then repeat.)

I'll lay for a long time (up to 40 minutes) but nothing happens.
I just get numb a little. Get a little heavy. No sliding
No SP...
