      focusing on thoughts to attain WILD??

      I did WILD. I'm not sure if when i stepped into the dream world if i was focousing on the hypnogogic or my thoughts. Is it possible to do WILD focusing just on thoughts? since thinking and sleeping don't seem to go together. thnx.

      Yes, it is possible to focus on your thoughts and successfully WILD. In fact, that's what I do.

      That's also how I try, observing my thoughts until I enter the dreamworld... I feel like I've been close, but it didn't work yet because I always lose focus and my thoughts go wild and then I fall asleep thinking about random stuff forgetting I was attempting to enter the dreamworld =/

      I've almost WILD while straight just focusing on thinking, usually I start to daydream and then once my body goes numb it kicks me back into being aware of what I'm doing.
