What if you had a recording and headphones set to say "This is a dream" or something of the sort about every 10 mins (Hour, three hours... whatever)? Would this some how help induce a lucid dream, or would it just fuck with your head, like (Keep in mind this is just an example, and not an actual consideration) that episode of dexter's lab when he wanted to learn french and it got just on "cheese omlet" in french, and that's all he could say when he woke up.

Theres actually quite a few Lucid Inducing mp3's floating around, do a search... I think theres like 3 of em somewhere on these forums.

Never had any personal experience, but I have defiantly had dreams about what was on TV in the background, or a commercial will play, and suddenly I will dream about it.. Not about the commercial itself, but just.. whats being said in the background.. Very often I'll be walking along in my dream and I'll hear a commercial about a restaurant or something, then my mind goes to food

Yeah i've had whatever is on TV creep into my dreams when the volume is kinda low.

You could also try Brainwave Generator, though for me wearing headphones while sleeping on my side doesnt work very well.

Yea, hahaha. Someone understands me. Same happened here when my little brother turned on the tv while I was asleep.
