Sounds like a good idea |

Hi, wonder if other people tried this before. You lay in bed, and as you lay there you will notice your thoughts will start to drift into randomness after a while without your concious control. When that happens, let it be random but at the same time subtley 'insert' some lucid dreaming stuff. Like for example if the random thoughts involved a conversation with someone, then 'insert' the context of lucid dreaming into the conversation. Or if it involves a place or scenario, 'insert' your normal routine of doing a reality check. Trick is to do it as subtley as possible not forcing it but as part of the randomness. I find that it helps with 'controlling' the dream content. |

I know I've read this before, but I'm totally blanking... I can't remember which technique it has something to do with. MILD maybe? I dunno |
|
This looks very similar, if not exactly, like the ILT technique. |

It does help. For a while I was seeing faces during this time and I would try to make them tell me that I was dreaming. Kind of hit and miss for me but it has worked a time or two. |
