Ok guys, I took on your suggestions and they helped a little. I manged a WID, but not a WILD xD! On waking at 4:00am I stayed awake for 20 minutes doing the usual (going to the toilet, getting a sip of water, sitting in my bed thinking about what I wanted to lucid dream about) then I prepared for the Wild. I used the counting technique, got to about 100 then decided on changing positions as I wasn't feeling very comfortable. Got to about 50 this time 150 the next time, experienced SP but then fell asleep at some time and woke up at about 5:35. |
