what to focus on during WILD?

I've read about it but i'm not sure how i should go about WILDing since everytime I do it, I fail. What do you focus on as you WILD? counting is too hard for me, i get lost in my thoughts and then the 61 relaxation point thing doesn't work either. I would really appreciate some input

and yes i have read all the WILDing tutorials.

I bet you've heard it over and over again, but here are some things to try:

      1. Imagine weights or bags of stones being hung from your limbs, pulling you into your bed, these help you get the "heavy" feeling that most tutorials describe.

      2. Just focus on your breathing, in and out, in and out, try to think of what is happening each breath. EX. Air comes in through nose, down the neck, into the lungs, hold it, then exhale up the neck and out the mouth.

Those are two key ones I can say actually helped me WILD.

The best least boring and most effective thing in my oppinion would be to use visualization and imagine seeing things as vividly as possible, as well as tactile sense if you can, they will help get you past sp and on to the dream.

So, the problem is that you get drifted off by your thoughts.

Simple, try practicing meditating before going to bed or daily. You should train yourself to concentrate on something without paying attention to other thoughts.

After few meditating sessions you might be able to do it!
whatever the mind conceives, it achieves.
