I've read about it but i'm not sure how i should go about WILDing since everytime I do it, I fail. What do you focus on as you WILD? counting is too hard for me, i get lost in my thoughts and then the 61 relaxation point thing doesn't work either. I would really appreciate some input |

The best least boring and most effective thing in my oppinion would be to use visualization and imagine seeing things as vividly as possible, as well as tactile sense if you can, they will help get you past sp and on to the dream. |
