WILDing when I most expect it.

Whenever I get the feelings of the start of SP, I always know it was going to happen. An hour or so I go to bed, I just know that something will happen, and most likely I'll get afraid and snap outta it, like I do 95% of the time. I don't know how but I can really predict when I'll be successful. On nights where I really want to WILD, I don't, probably because I'm focusing too much on the subject.

Many times, music stuck in my head really helps me enter SP. I just focus on the song I listed to over and over again. one I really like, and that is enough to distract me. So just listen to the music playing in your head, which is what your subconscious wants you to think about... that is if you've been listening to it quite a few times during the day. Just don't try to force yourself to think anything, it'll just frustrate you more. If you haven't been listening to music, your mind will probably think of the days activies, and just go with the flow and think of them. Eventually, you'll get some HI, and just focus on that once it occurs. Hope this helped

Yeah, I hope this works for me, because what I hate about WILDing is getting those awesome songs outta my head

First WILD on 6th of August, 2006!
