ok, you can try all these ideas all that these guys are throwing at you, but truth is u will probably be so anxious with all this advice given to you by the time you go to bed that u will not be able to get to sp let alone fall asleep. just MILD, tell yourself what u wanna do, really instill it. and do what u normally do to go sleep. then u will probably find urself concious in the middle of sp or wake into your dream. thats how its been for me. thinking about it to much will keep u up. just fogetaboutit |
