      Question CAT Conditioning

So, after much failure with WILD, DEILD, MILD and an assortment of other induction techniques, I've decided to try the Cycle Adjustment Technique. It sounds promising enough, and I have sleep to spare. <3 Summer.

So here's the question to anybody who knows about this technique, or is experienced with it:

Would it become easier to attain lucidity if you spent more than a week in Stage 1? (Stage 1 is the 'conditioning' part of the technique. See this tutorial for a more detailed explanation of what I'm talking about.)

Keep us informed. I haven't seen much about this technique, even though I have heard of it. I want to see how it goes for you if try it.

Alright, well, I've decided to try Stage 1 for only seven days, starting tomorrow. I'll then enter Stage 2 for a week, and if the results are very weak, I'll redo Stage 1 for two weeks and see if there's a difference.

Now I'm wondering whether I should open a diary thread to keep track of my CAT progress.

I wouldn't do the first stage for too long, as you might become 'too conditioned', and be unable to sleep through the period at all when you begin the second stage. As punkstar said, keeping records can only be benificial, both to you, and, if you publish them, to others.

Doing MILD or something before sleep on the LD days could be a good idea.

I have been tracking my progress in an off-line journal. I may or may not publish it online.

If I do, it'll probably be sometime next week, after CAT has some time to work. My first 'dream day' is gonna be this Thursday, so we'll see.

And yeah, I'm planning to incorporate MILD into the routine as well.
