So, after much failure with WILD, DEILD, MILD and an assortment of other induction techniques, I've decided to try the Cycle Adjustment Technique. It sounds promising enough, and I have sleep to spare. <3 Summer. |

Alright, well, I've decided to try Stage 1 for only seven days, starting tomorrow. I'll then enter Stage 2 for a week, and if the results are very weak, I'll redo Stage 1 for two weeks and see if there's a difference. |

I wouldn't do the first stage for too long, as you might become 'too conditioned', and be unable to sleep through the period at all when you begin the second stage. As punkstar said, keeping records can only be benificial, both to you, and, if you publish them, to others. |
