SP, body vibrations, body tingling, feeling of floating, weird depth perception, HI; basically every feeling people describe when trying to WILD, I can get all these minutes after I lay down to go to sleep. I've often questioned just what the hell was going on some nights, before I knew anything about LDing. I am very new to even the whole concept of lucid dreaming though, and I havnt ever had a lucid dream. Im still quite fascinated by the whole concept.
When I found out about ludid dreaming and came across this forum, the first thing I thought was why everyone here talked about needing to wake up and go back to bed to feel all the typical WILD feelings. To me its quite normal to easily get these feelings minutes after going to bed each night.
I just need to control my thoughts, and focus my concentration more.
