Thread: creativity induced lucid dreaming

This is very hard to explain. However, it is easy to understand.

See, it is my observation that when we grow up we lose the abillity to remeber dreams, and our creativity.

Well, this is a bunch of techniques designed to be done during the night and sometimes the day. Basically, the idear is to lose focus, which helps with wilding.

Free association: This is really easy to do, basically you just let your mind wonder onto random things and thoughts. The aim is to try and free your mind from logic, which is pretty easy if your religious(zing).

So what to do, roughly

Follow the intriguing and look for ideas that attract your attention as particularly strong, intriguing, surprising, etc. even if they don’t seem instantly appropriate to your problem. This attraction frequently signals links to a useful set of associations, and so could possibly justify a further phase of centred free association around the ‘attractive’ idea.

Then there is visual creativity, which is kind of like looking picturing something random, and than another random thing.

So you could see a bike

and than apples

Than it proberly good to do other stuff with other senses, like think of random noises.

Anyway, you got the general idear. So yeah, free your mind from reason, however obviously try to put some effort into it. Also, it a good excersize to get random things and than start forcing association between tham, like can you ride an apple?

Basically, when you go to wild try to be creative, instead of logical and tedious like couting 2,3,5,7,11,13,17,,,
