try cutting down the amount of time you sleep before you WBTB.... or if you can, try waking up without moving or opening your eyes. that should make it fairly easy to WILD successfully. try using ur un-sleepiness to your advantage. how might u ask? well u can still stay motionless and try to relax as much as possible to get ur body asleep, while ur mind stays awake and conscious in ur attempt to wake-induced-lucid-dream. hope i could help.... |
