      Can't go back to sleep.

Whenever I try to WILD or WBTB, right when I go back and lay down I'm no longer sleepy. What the hell is going on? I only stay awake for like not even ten seconds. I'm afraid if I stay up longer I cant go back to sleep. Ive done tests.

try cutting down the amount of time you sleep before you WBTB.... or if you can, try waking up without moving or opening your eyes. that should make it fairly easy to WILD successfully. try using ur un-sleepiness to your advantage. how might u ask? well u can still stay motionless and try to relax as much as possible to get ur body asleep, while ur mind stays awake and conscious in ur attempt to wake-induced-lucid-dream. hope i could help....

Probably wake up a earlier, or make sure the room temperature is pleasant. Room temperature can really affect whether you fall asleep or not. Trust me.
