In dreams, reality checks can be tricky. I'd suggest trying at least 2-3 of them every time it's time to do a reality check, just to make sure. Don't just rely on one reality check to make you become lucid. |

So Ive got a question about reality tests. Lets say I do a reality test every time I walk through a doorway. Is it enough to simply do one of the techniques? (ex. Finger through palm, Digital Watch Check, Body Of Text Check, Plugging nose and closing mouth)? Or do you need to do a combination of the techniques in order for the reality check to work? Also, should I do a diffrent reality check each time I walk through a doorway, or do I do the same one each time? Thanks |

When you perform an RC (I recommend nose-breathing), try not to just mechanically do the actions, but actually ask yourself "Is this a dream?", and genuinely question your surroundings for a second. |
