I'm a majorly stressed guy. I won't go into the details but lets just say that financially, professionally, relationally, academically, and pretty much any other category you can think of - well, its difficult.
I've read that most people who are stressed or preoccupied have difficulty achieving lucidity... And from my experience (0 LDs) i guess so.
I am pretty good at relaxation/meditation/keeping my mind clear and all that stuff, but still no luck.
Any of you experts deal with stress in a special way that helps? This goes way beyond LDing, and is more about quality of life if you ask me. Lucidity is just the door.
