I like this goodnight/good morning business. You'll have to put up with opposites from me though as I'm 13 hrs ahead of most of y'all. But Good Morning to you! |

Goooooood Morning. No go last night, but I did have some nightmarish dreams (haven't had any since I was a kid) which I made myself wake up from. Only it was either a false awakening or I slipped right back into dreaming. Found myself waking up in front of the TV and watching a documentary on a serial killer (which is what my nightmare had been about; I was even predicting what the narrator would say next). I tried to exert control and do a reality check, but I couldn't manage to make myself. |

Gag another non lucid night. This one, however, I do not attribute to my lack of ability to actually dream, but to my lack of ability to fall asleep |

failed WILD gave me a DILD |

Had a real crappy night... Didn't follow my usual evening ritual (but SG-1 was on TV and I couldn't miss it). Then I woke up after only 2 hours of sleep and could hear someone talking to themselves (or maybe they were on the phone). Well anyway, bad nights happen, can't let that get me down. |
|
I think I MIGHT have gone lucid (FILD) and if not I got as close as I have yet. I say that I might have gone lucid because I remember thinking that my clarity was poor but I don't actually remember knowing I was dreaming... maybe I just forgot after waking up but I dunno... |
|
Ugh. Two crappy nights in a row, this one worse. I know I said last night that I wasn't going to try anything, but don't you just know that my "training" kicked in when I felt SP coming on. But I kept getting uncomfortable. I must have kicked out of SP 6 times throughout the night! |

Nothing?! NOTHING AT ALL?! Like, no recall whatsoever! Well, compare that to my post yesterday... you can't win 'em all! |
|
Meh, crappy night. I was just really tired yesterday. |

Lol I'm adapting to polyphasic sleep, and I just woke up. |

WELL. Last night I was going to take a break, as to catch up on sleep. I told myself (Like I always do) that I wwas goig to remember my dreams, and I did. I woke up at around 4 in the mornin' and thought "Well, I'm up, might as well try something. I wrote down my dream and tried MILding. I don't know if it was the MILD that worked, but either way, I ended up having a lucid dream. It only lasted seconds though, I got excited a bit, but mostly everything just went fuzzy. |

Holy crap. I took 50mg of B6 last night and my recall is frackin nuts. I usually remember between 2-5 dreams a night, but this morning I've remembered at least 15! A few of those I wrote down in the middle of the night, but most just came to me in the morning. Unreal. |

Yeah, no exaggeration. And that's assuming a couple more aren't triggered soon (as they usually are). And there's way too much detail to record in my journal. I'll just have to do my best with the most essential details. I won't be taking this much more than once a week. I want it to be a controlled experiment and don't want to have to depend on B6 for vivid dreams. But once in a while will be cool. |

Is there such a thing as Mind Lag? On Friday, I wished for great recall, but not necessarily lucidity. On Saturday, I had little recall... But on Sunday, I remembered dreams from each time I woke up (three times)! I did reality checks in two of them, but didn't become lucid. Odd. |
