      Quick WILD question

Why is it supposedly easier to WILD after having slept a few hours?

because your body has already been asleep, and is ready to fall back asleep very easily. WILD occurs when your body is asleep and your mind is awake.

Yes, but the main reason is that you don't dream when you first go to sleep. You first enter deep sleep, which is dreamless, you can only WILD after waking up before or during a REM cycle.

Are you sure about this? I've heard of people saying that they've been able to WILD while going straight to bed.

While I don't have any scientific knowledge on the subject, I know I have fallen asleep (at around 12:00 am) my first time for the night, and will awake only 15 minutes later to find that I had a dream so I'm certain that you can have a dream, and WILD before bed.

I find that depriving myself of a full nights sleep and attempting it during a nap is the PERFECT time as I have already gotten most of my sleep process done. it works best for me with four hours sleep and a few awake. then BAM right into a WILD, in as little as five minutes!
