      What's going on here?

well usually when I try to WILD. I usually imagine myself playing sports. But it's weird because if I Envision myself playing soccer and see myself kicking a soccer ball. It feels as if my real leg flew up as if i moved it up. But the thing is i'm not sure whether my leg actually moved at all. Is this normal? and is my leg actually moving? or is this my body testing me to see if i'm awake?

      Thanks in advance

When dreaming you will not really move, or move very little, because of SP. Unless you're a sleepwalker . . .

It's normal to feel like you're really moving in a dream.

SP (sleep paralysis) keeps you from acting out your dreams.
