Hey... When I first started learning how to lucid dream, I used to get so desperate to LD that I'd take about 4 naps a day. I got no results from these naps for a couple months and my family thought I was a nut sleeping so often, So I decided to cut down to only napping from around 4:00 - 6:00 pm. Then I would be tired again by 12 and could sleep again easily then wake up and WILD etc. Any who... finally I started succeeding in WILDs during my napping. All I realized is that in order to hit sleep paralysis my body must be tired and my mind awake. So I went for a run. This got my body exausted but as soon as I lay down my mind became awake. With this method I can lucid dream during naps just about every day. A lot of people may say "hmmm well I can't WILD so too bad for me" NOT TO WORRY... I couldn't at the start either .... It just takes practice. For me now, a WILD is simply being tired, laying down, hitting sleep paralysis, trying to set the dream scape, then entering a dream.
