Hello... I was newbie when i first visited this thread some time ago and received much invaluable advice and tips on the elusive art of lucid dreaming and i thank you for it. I have since had many lucid dreams (about 50 in 6 months) ranging from the magnificent to the downright disastrous. I have developed my own little |

Googaloo is right ...sorry for not making that clear....you want to wake yourself up enough that your able to think clearly but your body is still tired ....doing something like math is actually a great idea. Any other questions feel free to ask |
