Ok i read somewhere on here that if you lay still long enough your body will fall asleep but ur mind will stay awake and go into a lucid dream or something... dont know what its called cause i cant find the post again. But i tried this and it works..... I was taking a nap in the afternoon and decided i would try this. So i layed still for about 10 mins or so..... when all of a sudden everything started to feel weird..... I sort of lost my whole body. I couldnt feel it anymore and it felt like i was sitting in a chair. I thought to my self yes this is it, im going lucid.... i started to let go and let it takes it course but i got scared and woke up. |
