      Tinnitus Anchor

      Tinnitus which is a ringing noise that some people hear in their ears especially in quiet surroundings is a pretty easy noise to hear for me at least. Its quite distinct and after reading the popular How to Wild thread by BillyBob he summed up anchors and I think understand them better.

      So my proposed idea which the title obviously states is what if you use the Tinnitus instead of for example a fan or white noise or "cringe" pain as an anchor.

      Seems like that could work.

      On a side note, I've always wondered what that noise was.......its nice to know I'm not the only one hearing it.

      tinnitus is actually when something is wrong with your ears, the hairs are bent, or earwax or something they dont really actually know what causes it because from what they can tell theirs tons of things that can but usually its when you listen to really loud music or something and it damages your ears in some way, sadly lots of people have it, me being one of them, i find it really annoying but i used to think it was me hearing radio waves or something lol

      I get the ringing quite alot really - no-one else in my family does so I thought it was unique but I'm happy its not. It does get annoying though.

      my mom always used to tell me that when i heard the ringing it meant someone i knew had died. i never really believed that though maybe there is some truth to it...
