      Reeses Penut Butter Cups

Chocolate, PB, and deliciousness. They all help you get lucid, so downing a few before bed should help you, right?

By far, Mothra (in all of it's forms) is the worst kaiju of all time.

If you want candy that will make your mind alert, I would suggest dark chocolate. It's a good source of caffeine. But don't eat dark chocolate and drink coffee in the same day, because it is possible to have too much caffeine, where your mind is alert but your body is hyper and can't get to sleep.

Well how much caffeine is too much? Because I've read that you should avoid all caffeine if you want to WILD, especially.

Some caffeine can be helpful because a little bit will prevent mental fatigue. But certainly not much. The actual amount depends on your tolerance, but one cup of coffee in the morning is probably the max for a typical person before the detrimental effects set in.

One idea is to take the caffeine right before bed, so it kicks in after you go to sleep. That way, it gets your mind alert without slowing down sleep.
