      After the vibrations

Ok, I think that the vibrations, we are all talking about, is the feeling during SP, but how do you transition into a dream...I just lay there, and feel these INTESE vibrations thru out my whole body, then I "wake up" and can move because I freak out, and try to move, but that is before I started reading these forums. Now I can't wait to try it out, but back to the main question, how do I transition from the vibrations, into a dream state. -MANIN207

Alright, there are many ways of getting into the dream, but this one works best for me:

If you are lying on your side or stomach, imagine the wall in front of you. If you are on your back imagine the ceiling. Since these are physically there in real life, and don't take much power to imagine, the wall materializes there quite fast. Once the wall is solid, I've entered the dream state quickly and efficiently. I usually find that I feel almost nothing but some initial vibrations doing this which makes it easier to concentrate. Try it out and tell me if it works.

If it doesn't, realize that WILDs are something very individual. Try to find what works best for you with some experimenting. Granted, I'm not much of a WILDer, but I attribute my successes to being able to do that.

Well, I haven't successfully WILD'd before, but I have read on the forums that it helps to "roll over" or "sink into your bed" basically what I'm saying is, when you feel the EXTREMELY big vibrations, just try rolling over in your bed. you should just roll into a dreams. careful not to ACTUALLY roll out of bed XD

Basically you don't move and keep laying there. You wait for the dream to come and you will know when it has if you all of a sudden get a weird feeling of falling or flying. Focus on your breathing and your thoughts. What ever you do DON'T move.

When you enter SP, do not try to force anything. You will know when the process of SP is complete, when your body is asleep and when you are dreaming.
You will know b/c you will feel a sudden rush of falling through your bed or the ceiling (basically the most intense vibration). Follow this link for my technique on WILDing and SP.
